Initial Consultation – No charge
We will often be able to determine by our first telephone conversation whether or not we will take on a case;
Criminal Cases – We charge a fixed, flat amount
The amount is calculated at the beginning of the attorney-client relationship, depending on the complexity of your case. It is a fixed amount that will not change while we are handling your case;
Civil Cases – No fees or costs to you, unless we recover
Once we decide to take on your case, we will only receive legal fees and reimbursement for expenses spent on your case, if we prevail and recover monetary damages on your behalf.
